CATeams Clinics

Do you feel that your team is lacking energy? Has innovation dried up? Are you implementing Scrum or other Agile development practices, but frustrated that it's not working out the way the books say it should? Are parts of your organisation trapped by repeating patterns of individual and group behaviour, with people seemingly unable to break out of unhelpful and unsatisfying ways of working and relating? Has your team stopped being a mutually inspiring ensemble, and is now simply a bunch of people?

We can help! We're running a monthly open clinic to provide an opportunity for an in-depth one-to-one talk with an expert in group dynamics, Agile adoption and team and organisational change. Sign up, bring your questions and concerns, and we'll help you make sense of the complexities of your situation and work with you to provide some immediately useful interventions to change the way your team, group or organisation functions.

When? Where?

We generally run these clinics in central London, though as time goes on and coordinated with our travels, we'll schedule clinics elsewhere in the UK and Europe. The next clinic will run on Thursday 24 September, starting at 5.00 p.m. We'll be around to talk about any of your issues with teams and organisations: one of our recent concerns is the way we frame discussions and conversations, so in particular if you're involved in, or preparing for, a difficult conversations within or between parts of your organisations, we'd be delighted to hear your stories and offer advice. To sign up, please contact us with a brief outline of your concern so we can work out who is best placed to help. We'll mail you back with a scheduled time slot (30 or 60 minutes) on your requested date, and information about where to meet us.

There must be a catch...

So, what's the catch? There is none! We're happy to offer this as a free, confidential service. We promise:

  • to keep the conversations confidential
  • we won't charge you for these consultations, nor make a sales pitch (though if as a consequence of a clinic you'd like to hire us or recommend another to do so, we won't mind...)
In return, if you find these conversations helpful, we'd be grateful if you'd recommend us to your colleagues, associates and friends. Please let them know about the clinic and our training, and point them to our web site and blogs.

Sign up for the next clinic session here!

Thanks to Agile Austin (that's Texas, not a nickname...) and Clarke Ching, of Agile Scotland, for this great idea!
